Adjustments may be required for studies reflecting different time frames or technological improvements. The inventory data for the upstream processes such as aluminum ingots, separator paper, and transportation, acquired from Gabi software, must be used with an understanding of the underlying assumptions and limitations. Where data was inaccessible, estimates based on chemical equations using existing materials in Gabi software were made; users must take into account these estimations' uncertainties. For use and end-of-life stage data, rely on methodological consistency with the inventory analysis and calculations provided. |
