Use advice for data set Use this data with consideration of its system boundaries which are 'cradle to gate' with partial closure. Technical purpose of product or process This data set pertains to cement production focused on silicon cement (Portland cement) with integration of mixed solid wastes as part of the raw material base. The mixed solid waste consists of waste cement and cement reinforcing agents. The cement produced is suitable for use in various construction applications, including but not limited to the creation of concrete structures, buildings, and infrastructural projects. It is particularly designed to support high strength requirements and sustainability measures by incorporating recycled waste materials.

General comment on data set The system boundary was defined as “cradle to gate”, which considered the process of the material mining, raw material preparation, clinker calcination, grinding and transportation, excluding cement use and waste stage. Solid waste initiated its life cycle from the abandonment stage. The raw materials employed in the test included the titanium slag, cement clinker, plaster of paris, granulated blast furnace slag powder, limestone, cement reinforcer, among which the titanium slag came from water quenched slag of vanadium titanium magnetite smelting in Sichuan Province, China. Cement reinforcing agent with silica fume and sodium silicate as main components was prepared in the laboratory.

Technological representativeness
Technology description including background system Plaster of paris, granulated blast furnace slag, and limestone were purchased in line with the standard of finished products. Materials were ground and dried. Then 40 mm × 40 mm × 160 mm prisms were prepared according to ISO 679: 2009. All specimens were prepared with a water-binder weight ratio of 1:2 and a sand -binder ratio of 3:1. Prisms were cured at 20 °C and 95 % humidity for 24 h. Then prisms were removed from the mold and placed in water for curing with different times. Finally, compressive and flexural strengths of cement mortar were measured.
