AHNP was prepared by electro dissolution of aluminum electrodes in distilled water. The settled particles(precipitates) were dried in an oven for 24 h at 105 ◦C. The adsorbent was subjected to calcination in an electrical furnace at 700 ◦C for 1 h. These final nanoparticle cylindrical granules were used in the batch study at the optimum operating conditions (pH 7, Residence time 300 min, temperature 25 ◦C ).
