General comment | Diammonium phosphate (DAP) is one of a series of water-soluble ammonium phosphate salts that can be produced when ammonia reacts with phosphoric acid. It is an excellent source of P and N for plant nutrition and is widely used in agriculture. It is also a water-soluble salt that provides the yeast with phosphate and nitrogen, assisting with fermentation when non-malt adjuncts were used. |
