General comment | Multi-Si ingot is a high-performance multi-crystalline silicon used in silicon nitride crucibles. It has comparable oxygen distribution to ingots grown in silica crucibles, but with lower carbon levels. It is used in the production of conventional crystalline silicon solar cells. The quality of multi-crystalline silicon ingot can be improved by adding an additional graphite layer on the hot-zone of directional solidification furnace. |
